Bookings
Weekly rental charges are as follows. Outside the peak period of May to September, bookings for less than a week and for at least three days may be accepted, pro rata. The usual booking week runs from Saturday to Saturday. Earliest check in is at 4.0pm and the premises should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
The rents shown below are available to visitors booking directly with us. The cottages can be booked via Visit Scotland who will accept credit cards, etc but who will also charge 10% commission plus a £3 booking fee.

A deposit of 20% should accompany any booking. The balance
is payable 6 weeks in advance of the holiday.
Christmas and New Year are high season and charged as follows:
Easter week: Barn: £300; Byre: £400.
*Christmas: Barn: £390; Byre: £550
*New Year: Barn: £400; Byre: £600
